Installation Guide

for a Natural Wood Grain Finish

To bring out the best colour and
natural beauty of the wood grain, follow these installation guidelines.

1. Mix Panels from Multiple Boxes

Do not finish using one box before opening another.

Ambil panel secara acak dari minimal 4–5 box agar variasi warna tersebar merata dan terlihat natural.

Example

  • Box 1 → take 1 panel
  • Box 2 → take 2 panels
  • Box 3 → take 1 panel
  • Box 4 → take 3 panels

2. Lift
Do Not Drag

WHEN REMOVING PANELS FROM THE BOX ✔ Lift the panels; do not drag or slide them. ✔ Use both hands when handling the panels. ✔ Keep the work area clean to prevent scratches on the panel surface.

3. Use the Correct Framework According to Specifications

Perbandingan rangka yang terlalu renggang dengan rangka yang sudah sesuai standar DUMA®.

USE A FRAMEWORK THAT MEETS DUMA® STANDARDS AND ENSURE THAT: ✔ The framework material and dimensions meet the specified requirements. ✔ Batten spacing does not exceed the recommended limits. ✔ Installation follows DUMA®’s official guidelines.
The correct framework helps keep the panels strong, secure, and stable.

Measure the spacing between battens using a tape measure or ruler to ensure it meets the specified requirements.

Ukur jarak antar rangka menggunakan meteran atau penggaris untuk menunjukkan

3 Cara Pemasangan agar Motif Kayu Terlihat Natural

Setiap produk memiliki motif serat & warna berbeda, layaknya kayu alami.

 

DUMA® dibuat menggunakan material berbahan dasar serbuk kayu alami. Karakter natural ini membuat setiap produk, termasuk DUMA® Panel, memiliki warna dan motif yang unik. Tidak ada dua produk yang benar-benar identik.

Agar hasil pemasangan dapat menunjukkan warna terbaik keindahan alami kayu, ikuti panduan berikut.

 

1. Acak Panel dari Beberapa Box

Jangan habiskan satu box terlebih dahulu.

Ambil panel secara acak dari minimal 4–5 box agar variasi warna tersebar merata dan terlihat natural.

Contoh:

  • Box 1 → ambil 1 lonjor
  • Box 2 → ambil 2 lonjor
  • Box 3 → ambil 1 lonjor
  • Box 4 → ambil 3 lonjor
 

Tips: Jika memungkinkan, susun seluruh lonjor terlebih dahulu di lantai untuk menentukan urutan pemasangan.

2. Angkat, Jangan Ditarik

Saat mengeluarkan panel dari box:

✔ Angkat panel, jangan ditarik atau digeser.

✔ Gunakan kedua tangan.

✔ Pastikan area kerja bersih agar permukaan panel tidak tergores.

3. Gunakan Rangka Sesuai Spesifikasi

Gunakan rangka sesuai standar DUMA® dan pastikan:

✔ Material dan ukuran rangka sesuai spesifikasi.

✔ Jarak antar rangka tidak melebihi rekomendasi.

✔ Pemasangan mengikuti panduan resmi DUMA®.

 

Rangka yang tepat membantu menjaga panel tetap kokoh dan stabil.

Ukur jarak antar rangka menggunakan meteran atau penggaris untuk menunjukkan jarak yang sesuai spesifikasi.
