DUMA® Doors are available in 3 types based on the thickness of the product’s walls:

Ekonomi

3MM

The most economical type. Suitable for use as a bathroom door.

Standard

5MM

The most popular and widely used type. Suitable for use as a bathroom door and bedroom door.

Deluxe

8MM

The type with the strongest and most robust structure. Suitable for use as a bathroom door, bedroom door, and main entrance door.

Standard Size

DUMA® composite doors are available in several standard sizes according to each door type. In the table below, you can find the standard sizes for Economy, Standard, and Deluxe types.

In addition to the standard sizes listed below, DUMA® doors can also be customized to meet your specific requirements. We accept orders for custom-sized doors without any minimum purchase limit. The maximum recommended custom door width is 92 cm, while the suggested maximum height or length of the door is 300 cm.

Routing Type

The appearance and surface resembling natural wood is a distinct advantage of DUMA® doors, allowing them to be routered (carved) according to your desired design. Moreover, DUMA® doors can also be equipped with glass panels or aluminum strip accents, allowing you to be creative and design the door according to your imagination.

Ducco

The most popular finishing option for DUMA® composite doors is using Ducco paint

Ducco coating can be applied by spraying (using a spray gun) or by brush painting.

Ducco coating can provide a minimalist or elegant look for your door. It offers an unlimited range of color options, allowing you to customize according to your needs. Below, you can see some examples of DUMA® composite door appearances after being coated with Ducco:

Melamine

Finishing doors with Melamine is widely used because Melamine paint products are relatively easy to obtain, and the application process is quick and straightforward.

Using Melamine as a finishing material can help display the wood grain effect on the door, providing a more natural and elegant appearance. Similar to Ducco, Melamine finishing also offers an unlimited range of color options – you can create custom colors according to your preferences.

Laminating

Laminating is the process of coating the door’s surface with heated and pressed plastic laminating sheets.

Lamination can provide an attractive appearance and prolong the lifespan of your door. Lamination sheets are durable and resistant to impacts, light scratches, and color fading (when not continuously exposed to direct sunlight). The material used in the lamination process of DUMA® composite doors is plastic film, which also enhances the door’s resistance to termites, extends its usability, and enhances its overall appearance.

Door Frame

To complement your DUMA® door, several types of door frames are available in different sizes and models, made from WPC material, offering the same advantages and durability.

DUMA® door frames can also be treated similarly to natural wood frames, allowing them to be cut, joined, and finished using various types of different coating materials, just like DUMA® composite doors.

Others

Some other finishing options include veneer, polyurethane, and unfinished (without finishing).

Veneer finishing is carried out by applying a thin layer of real wood, which is glued onto the entire surface of the door. The advantage of veneer finishing is that it provides the genuine appearance of wood grain because real wood is used for the layer.

If you prefer to avoid additional costs and save time, DUMA® composite doors can also be directly applied without additional finishing. However, to reduce the risk of surface scratches, we recommend applying a clear coat (transparent) finishing layer.”

Installation

For achieving a perfect and neat installation, we recommend that the installation of DUMA® Door Panel products be carried out by our authorized distributors or applicators. Alternatively, you can also install DUMA® Door products yourself by following the installation instructions provided below, either in the form of videos or written guidelines

DUMA® doors are made from a blend of 50% genuine wood fibers and 50% high-quality PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) plastic pellets. The combination of these two materials creates a door that has a natural appearance and surface resembling wood, while providing excellent resistance to termites, water, and other factors.
